[Vision2020] Say What?

I know who these scientists are. They are otherwise unemployed college graduates that are paid by ExxonMobile and the like-minded companies to write junk science papers. I am sure we could all find several starving college students with degrees in environmental science to tell us the Moon is made out of cheese.

Maybe I have missed it, but Perry has yet to name these "daily coming forward" scientists who question global warming. I wonder if the media has even asked him to. Isn't it about time they did?
Suppose there are such scientists. How do their numbers compare to those newly coming forward to endorse the fact of global warming?

Rick Perry suggests global warming is a hoax
Perry said scientists are coming forward almost daily to question "the
original idea that man-made global warming is what is causing the
climate to change." He said the climate is changing but that it has
been changing "ever since the earth was formed."
-------------------------------
Rick Perry's recent comments on global warming (more lower down) are
so misinformed, it is scary. Many scientists with relevant expertise
with no corruption involved are coming forward to call for action to
address human impacts on climate, not to question whether there is
credible scientific evidence human impacts are profound. Perry must
be living in a bubble or in denial.
Consider the following from the Union of Concerned Scientists:
http://www.ucsusa.org/global_warming/solutions/big_picture_solutions/scientists-and-economists.html
Scientists and Economists' Call to Action
The U.S. Scientists and Economists' Call for Swift and Deep Cuts in
Greenhouse Gas Emissions is a call to our nation's leaders to require
immediate, deep reductions in heat-trapping emissions that cause
global warming. The statement is endorsed by more than 2,000
scientists and economists with expertise relevant to our understanding
of the scientific and economic dimensions of climate change, its
impacts, and solutions. This marks the first time leading U.S.
scientists and economists have joined together to make such an appeal.
The statement was released in March 2010 and delivered to every member
of Congress, but is still open to new signatures. Endorsers from ten
states personally delivered the letter to their Senators and
Representatives, just as Congress is considering climate and energy
legislation.
This unprecedented list of signatories includes eight Nobel Prize
winners in science or economics, 32 members of the National Academy of
Sciences, 10 members of the National Academy of Engineering, 11
recipients of the MacArthur Fellowship, three National Medal of
Science recipients, and more than 100 members of the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change, which shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.

Global Warming
The Earth is warming and human activity is the primary cause. Climate
disruptions put our food and water supply at risk, endanger our
health, jeopardize our national security, and threaten other basic
human needs. Some impacts—such as record high temperatures, melting
glaciers, and severe flooding and droughts—are already becoming
increasingly common across the country and around the world. So far,
our national leaders are failing to act quickly to reduce
heat-trapping emissions

Rick Perry suggests global warming is a hoax
By Brian Montopoli
Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry said Wednesday morning
that he does not believe in global warming science and suggested it is
grounded in scientists manipulating data for financial gain.
The Texas governor was appearing at a New Hampshire breakfast event
with business leaders Wednesday morning when he said "there are a
substantial number of scientists who have manipulated data so that
they will have dollars rolling into their projects."
Perry said scientists are coming forward almost daily to question "the
original idea that man-made global warming is what is causing the
climate to change." He said the climate is changing but that it has
been changing "ever since the earth was formed."
Perry added that "the issue of global warming has been politicized,"
and argued that America should not spend billions of dollars
addressing "a scientific theory that has not been proven, and from my
perspective is more and more being put into question."
