[Vision2020] Impasses lead to shutdown of FAA

Mr. Kovis -

You totally miss the spirit of my comments.  

North Korea has participated in dangerous activities a lot more recent than August '76.  That incident was introduced merely for reflection.

I could go on and on about various dangerous activities undertaken by South Korea in just the past couple years.  But, to tell you the truth, Mr. Kovis, I don't have the time.
