[Vision2020] "Luna Laws" Petition Signature Drive

I just signed the petition in downtown Moscow, which required three
signatures and name printed with address on three different forms... But at
least there was live music to render this boring procedure less tedious...
Someone playing a tuba, for flying flocking sake!
