[Vision2020] The Budget and Government Shutdown

It is being reported by MSNBC that an agreement has been reached involving
$39 billion in cuts, NOT involving any riders (i.e. funding of Planned
Parenthood or EPA).

It has further been reported that it will take a couple days to organize
and publish the details, but a three-day extension has been approved to
cover this requirement.  Further, the three-day extension includes a $2
billion budget cut in addition to the $39 billion cut.

And the beat goes on . . .
