"Moscow Cares" has received a copy of the Brief Schedule, prepared by the
Office of the ITD Director, Brian Ness, concerning a Petition to Intervene
filed by Linwood Laughy, Borg Hendrickson, and Peter Grubb.

This hearing is scheduled for Friday, November 19th at the Headquarters of
the Idaho Transportation Department.
