[Vision2020] Alaska vote count

  It is being reported that Alaska State Law requires the correct 
spelling before it can be counted.

Furthermore, it is also being reported that Murkowski campaign issued 
bracelets with her name on it - suggesting that she was aware of the 
state law requirement.
