[Vision2020] early results

Very, very early results -- results that, I hope, will mean nothing as the night progresses -- have Bouma and Young beating Schmidt and Ringo.  If the trend holds, then Latah County will not soon recover.  Neither will common decency, common sense, and the common well-being of those who most benefit from robust public schools, a social safety net, and reasonable environmental protection.
