Keely, Tom,
Greensides has renamed by popular neighborhood consensus to either Greenweeds or Greenslides (in honor of the apparently unanchored retaining wall).
Earlier, there were liens filed against the two houses being built there. It appears that some or all of the liens have now been satisfied and lifted.
On the Greenweeds/Greenslides site there is a construction trailer where someone appears to be living apparently without benefit of plumbing since the sanitary arrangements appear to be a portapotty. This occupancy appears to have continued over a year. I wonder if this trailer has been granted an occupancy permit. If so, how without apparent sanitary plumbing? If not, is this another case of the City of Moscow intentionally allowing crackpot cult members to break the law without fear of any consequences?
I wonder if anyone living in the neighborhood is getting tired of all the shenanigans going on with this Hoffman/Wilson/Gray debacle.

Keely Mix inquires:
"What's happening, by the way, with Greensides, the Wilson/Hoffman/Gray
housing development on North Polk, right below Wilson's home? Anyone know
how that's shaking out?"
Rumor has it, Keely, that Marlin Perkins of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom
wanted to use that piece of property for a special episode for "Big Foot
Sightings". But after having seen the property, he (Perkins) refused . .
. saying something about how even he has to draw the line somewhere.
