Greetings Visionaires -

Recently Rep. Shirley Ringo, supported by retired senior tax auditor Stan
Howland, filed a Verified Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and
Injunctive Relief against the State of Idaho and various members of the
State Tax Commission.

Rep. Ringo's purpose is to reveal, to the people of Idaho, a multitude of
unjust and unconstitutional acts committed by the State in favor of
various corporate entities resulting in extremely financial hardship for
the people of Idaho.

"Moscow Cares" has established a site with the purpose of monitoring
procedures and results related to this complaint.
