Free Public Activities at the Moscow Food Co-op in March*

The Moscow Food Co-op welcomes quilters Kristin Jones, Alicia
Cunningham, and April Lechlet who will display their work in the Co-op's
deli gallery. The opening reception is 5:30 - 7 p.m., Friday March 12,
and the show runs through April 8. The annual quilt show will feature
quilts in a variety of colors and styles.
The Co-op is located at 121 East Fifth Street in downtown Moscow.

*Music*
The Co-op's Tuesday Night Music Series concerts are held every Tuesday
in the Co-op deli from 5-7 p.m.

*Co-op Kids!*
Children and their caregivers are welcome for the following Co-op Kids
activities. Co-op Kids events are all free, with snacks and materials
donated by the Moscow Food Co-op.
9 a.m., Tuesday, March 9: Meet at the Moscow Food Co-op Café to learn
all about trees. Play with tree blocks, make bark rubbings, and talk
about the life of a tree.
9 a.m., Tuesday, March 23: Meet at the Moscow Food Co-op Café to welcome
spring by looking as spring books and making murals.

*Co-op Mamas and Papas Group*
The Co-op Mamas and Papas group for expecting parents and parents of
newborns meets each Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the Co-op Deli. In March,
meet for conversation and informal talks by experience parents.
Complementary beverages will be provided. Those interested in receiving
notifications about speakers and special coupons can sign up for our

*Co-op's Good Food Book Club in March*
The Co-op's Good Food Book Club will meet Sunday, March 21 from 3 - 5
p.m. in the back room at Sister's Brew Coffee House on the corner of
Main and Third Streets in Moscow to discuss "Hit by a Farm: How I
Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Barn" by Catherine Friend. "Hit by
a Farm" is available at BookPeople on Main Street in Moscow. Co-op Book
Club members receive a 20 percent discount.
