Greetings Visionaires -

Currently the funds in the Postcard Hoax Information Reward Fund total
$3,425.

"Moscow Cares" will augment this reward with separate funds so as to bring
the total amount to be rewarded to the individual(s) instrumental in
identifying the perpetrator of the postcard hoax to $5,000 (that's right,
V-peeps . . . FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS).

If/When the balance of the Postcard Hoax Information Reward Fund itself
should meet/exceed $5,000, "Moscow Cares" will augment the reward so as to
meet the next higher benchmark (amount to be determined).

"Moscow Cares" is doing this for one simple reason:

The person(s) responsible for the postcard hoax MUST be identified and
MUST be brought to justice.

If the Postcard Hoax Information Reward Fund should expire in the absence
of any identified perpetrator, "Moscow Cares" will maintain a minimum of
$5,000 as reward funds to be presented to the person(s) instrumental in
identifying the perpetrator of the postcard hoax.  These funds will remain
committed to this cause until either the postcard hoax perpetrator is
identified or the year 2525, whichever occurs first.

This is NOT a joke, V-peeps.  I have NEVER been more serious about anything.
