[Vision2020] Winnipeg 26 F. Above Moscow Last Night 5 AM?

We are having below average cold winter night temperatures, not October 9-12
fall average temperatures. New record lows are being set by wide margins.
Imagine if we were close to record highs for these dates, in the 80s F., not
so improbable:
