[Vision2020] Absentee Voting Information

Public Information: ABSENTEE VOTING FOR REGISTERED VOTERS:

 

The City of Moscow Election will be held on November 3, 2009. Polls will
be open from

8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

IN PERSON: For persons who would like to vote by means of Absentee
Ballot, they may

do so in person at the Latah County Auditor's office, Room 101 of the
Latah County

Courthouse, 522 South Adams, starting when the ballot becomes available
and through

Monday November 2, 2009 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  They will be asked to
complete a

written Application for Absent Elector's Ballot.  They must reside
within the city limits

of the City of Moscow.

 

BY MAIL: Written request for absentee ballot to be mailed to Elector may
be achieved by

Elector sending a written request to the Auditor's Office asking that an
absentee ballot be

mailed to them.  All requests must include their Latah County home
address within the city

limits of the City of Moscow, address where they want ballot mailed,
name, and date.

Auditor must receive a separate written request for each person making a
request.  Written

requests should be mailed to Elections Department, P.O. Box 8068,
Moscow, Idaho 83843.  

Written requests sent by mail must be received in the Latah County
Auditor's Office

Room 101 no later than Wednesday, October 28, 2009.  All ballots must be
received by

the County Clerk no later than 8:00 o'clock p.m. November 3, 2009.

 

An application may also be received by going to the Latah County web
site at

www.latah.id.us/elections/
