The "Moscow Cares" website has been updated to include video and related
reports of the following segment of Moscow's Administrative Committee
meeting of May 26, 2009.

Proposed Resolution Regarding Defense for Legal Actions Against Public
Officials and Employees

"Recent events resulted in a review of the current Resolution No. 83-20
regarding legal representation for elected officials and City employees
who are subject of litigation. The current policy does not cover those
elected officials or employees who are subject to pre-litigation
activities, legal claims, or civil legal actions which are not covered by
City sponsored insurance or other related programs meant to provide
appropriate coverage for them."
