Likewise, note the bill's sponsor. It's Bobby Rush, former Black Panther; a
congressman that has a well-deserved reputation as a total nut. Consider
also that he's facing re-election pressure in his district due to his
support of Roland Burris, and proposed this particular bill after a
prominent murder (the eponymous Blair Holt's) in his crime-ridden home
district. Consider that this bill has not, and is unlikely to, make it out
of committee. And consider that even if it does, it's not going to make it
through Congress, and even if it does, it's clearly unconstitutional under
Heller.

Idiot fearmongering is all this is.
