[Vision2020] Shooting in Pullman

He got shot in the head, but didn't sustain any life threatening injuries? Boy, call him lucky, hey?
 
I bet the suspect in the shooting was like, "WTF?!" I shot that guy in the head, how can he still be up and around?

Pullman police are investigating an early morning shooting on College Hill.

Police report that a man was taken to Pullman Regional Hospital early this 
morning after being shot in the head by an acquaintance at the Providence 
Court Apartments.

Pullman Police Cmdr. Chris Tennant said the 22-year-old Pullman resident 
suffered non- life threatening injuries and was able to lead detectives to 
a suspect. 

A 20-year-old man was taken into custody in Moscow after crossing state 
lines.
