[Vision2020] Terrorism & Torture

Today, from prison, Scott Roeder warned of additional attacks planned
against abortion clinics across the country. My question to the
conservatives is: how soon should we begin waterboarding him for information
on these planned attacks? Can we chain him to the ceiling and leave him
there for the next few weeks, or would that be too slow? If too slow, should
we unleash feral dogs on him? How about cover him with menstrual blood
(fake, of course) and force him to deface a Bible?
