[Vision2020] Is Our City Council 'Pulling a Palin'onDowntownParking

This issue was pretty much beaten to death two weeks ago, with people ultimately agreeing that the joke was tasteless no matter which girl it was about.

I realize that you didn't weigh in back then Roger, as you were out of town, but it sure looks like me we're having the identical discussion again.  

How 'bout we let it die again, and go back to beating something new to death?
