The government waived the magic wand and took away that right. That is the
reason you heard me say the first, fifth and fourteenth amendment has been
castrated and tossed away. The federal government under the liberal watch
did that to us. 

As I understand, we have no legal right. If you know differently, let's rock
and roll.

Now, when ever there is a "government taking", the owner of the property
that is taken by the government must be justly compensated. When the city
council "took" from the liquor license owners 
the right to operate their establishment under the conditions that were in
place at the time the license was purchased, and that "taking" cost the
business owners through loss of sales, 
the value of the license is diminished by the governments "taking".

This is not the law.
