[Vision2020] 30 ways to a most powerful constabulary

Actually, he begged the people of Illinois for a job as their senator. Once he was given the position he immediately neglected it (being at or near the top of the list for most votes missed) and commenced to shop himself for a position higher still. I don't think comparing Ms. Palin and BHO is fair at all. Palin at least managed to do her state some good. The people of Illinois were merely a cheap, store brand bathroom tissue for our benevolent leader to use and throw away.

Ummm . . . no. Obama was promoted by we-the-people of the United States of
America, and it's just plain silly to equate winning an election for this
nation's highest office to what Shotgun Sarah did by quitting as governor of
the state of Alaska simply because she'd rather whine about being a victim
than do the job she was elected to do.
Just sayin' :-)

" . . . Governor Palin had far more executive experience at the time of
the election then BHO did."
Maybe yes. Maybe no. One thing is ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN, though . . .
President Barack Obama is NOT a quitter. Can Sarah Palin make the same
claim?
The American people are fortunate that the November election did not put
Sarah Palin a hearbeat away from the presidency. With so many crucial
issues for the nation's chief executive to deal with, the LAST person we
want in the oval office is somebody that will quit when things get
tough.
