[Vision2020] Smoking Ban Confusion

There may be some confusion regarding the smoking ban ordinance being
considered by the City Council.  The item is not on the agenda for this
evening.  It will be before the Administrative Committee on Monday, July
13th, at 4:00 p.m.  The public will be invited to comment and written
comment received by Wednesday, July 8th, will be included in the Council
packets.
