[Vision2020] Snow problems

Yes Hansie, those young men look pretty helpless to me and in need of lots of taxpayer assistance. Perhaps we should provide government funded helicopters to drop them off where ever they want to go, since obviously there is no place to move the snow. Would that be a good enough government wasteful spending intervention program for you, Hansie?

There were several other instances where pedestrians were forced to share 
the roadway.
