[Vision2020] Water Sale Bill

I just happen to have a video of the May 15, 2006 Moscow City Council 
session.

During the course of this session, our city council that was present that 
day (Aaron Ament, Bill Lambert, Bob Stout, John Weber, and John 
Dickinson), in a round-house fashion, discuss their concerns regarding the 
Thompson property and ball fields.

During the course of John Dickinson's contribution to this discussion, he 
brought up water use.  One particular quote from John Dickinson's 
statement, I feel, reflected his sense toward this issue . . .

"I don't like the ball fields on the Palouse River Drive because they've 
got to be watered so much."

This statement, in my opinion, does not reflect a belief that our water 
sources will remain ample for the next 200 to 300 years.

If anybody is interested, I will convert John Dickinson's portion of this 
discussion and post it as a YouTube video.
