The "Moscow Cares" website has been updated to include a video, and 
related committee reports, of the following segment from the February 2, 
2009 Moscow City Council session.

1912 Center Management Annual Report By Heart of the Arts, Inc.

Heart of the Arts, Inc. (HAI) took over operations/management 
responsibilities of the 1912 Center on May 1, 2007. Staff and HAI 
officials meet regularly to discuss issues, finances, and status. HAI 
reports to the City Council annually on the progress of the operation and 
renovation efforts.
