The Moscow Cares website has been updated to include videos from the 
following segment of the April 20, 2009 Moscow City Council session.

Councilmember Request for Legal Assistance in Public Records Request.
(Passed 4-0)

Note of Interest:  This item was severed into two separate actions (1 in 
regards to Councilman Steed and 1 in regards to Councilman Krauss.  This 
permitted Councilman Krauss to vote in regards to Councilman Steed 
(without abstaining) and Councilman Steed to vote in regards to Councilman 
Krauss (without abstaining).
