[Vision2020] U of I presidency

Given the date today is April 1st, and that yesterday, yet another 
candidate for the presidency of the University of Idaho has withdrawn, 
I would offer my services so the the Idaho State Board of Education 
might attend to other pressing matters (such as funding state supported 
education). Here are my conditions:
*I would not work as cheaply as another candidate, Mr. Tom Hansen. His 
offer to perform the job for nine or ten dollars is absurdly low.
*I require compensation equal to my current salary at the state of 
Washington as a director.
*I would require a new bicycle each year of my tenure (It does not need 
to be a carbon frame job, I prefer good old fashioned steel).
*I require two six packs of Fat Tire Ale per week (more TBD if I have 
to host visiting dignitaries).
Finally, I would like to drive the "Vandal Trolley" from place to place 
whenever the weather inhibits/prohibits bicycle travel.
