[Vision2020] Chilton to replace Biden

I don't know where Roger saw it, but I think it originated with that 
wonderful literary rag, "The Onion."  That's where I saw it.  What a hoot, 
but nothing amazing about it. Just funny. From my perspective it doesn't 
come even close to the dumbest thing the Dems could do--or even that they've 
done at times.  But I'm not going there.
