[Vision2020] I'd Vote For Obama

Are you actually trying to imply that wonderbama didn't know full well how
his audience would take his remark? If he didn't his genius and his
judgement should definatly be called into question. There is no doubt but
what there was a real and not "made up" story there but I will grant you
that it didn't rise to the level that some would try and make it out to be.

That said, how about putting a little lipstick on the Rezco, Ayers, Dohrn,
or Wright debacle? g u

Do the words 'lipstick' and 'pig' ring a bell for you?

Suffice it to say I think the McCain/Palin ticket's hysterically calculated
reaction to Obama using a phrase the GOP is historically fond of is an
excellent case in point.

Word of Advice to Democrats: since the McCain/Palin ticket apparently wants
exclusive use of all make-up & cosmetics phrases in the presidential
campaign, I suggest we let them have them :-) God only knows why it's so
important to them (perhaps it's that desperation rearing its ugly head
again), but since it's such a trivial thing, let's give it to them :-)

Why thank you. Your adding the rest of the quote bears out my contention
that the governor was in no way endorsing Barry or considering giving him
her vote as the subject line implied. No one ever doubted that the man was
articulate, bright, and clean as his VP pick so aptly stated, he's just
wrong on the issues.

And as to the "made up stories" of which you speak, what might those be Miz
Lund? Perhaps you are referring to:

1. The Rezco/ BHO land deal
2. BHO and plagiarism (makes the Biden choice a bit clearer doesn't it?)
3. BHO and drug use/potential sales
4. The whack job church he attended for 20+ years
5. His unrepentant terrorist, bomb planting pals, William Ayers and
Bernardine Dohrn
6. His incredible stand on abortion
7. His amazingly confused/contradictory stance on taxes and the economy
8. A stated foreign policy that would only be appropriate for a kindergarten

class

I'd love to hear your explanation for how none of these matter or how they
are in no way truthful. I'll be waiting.

Patiently,

As always, it's best to go to the primary source. Here's the full quote:

"Palin: That's a good question. And you did your homework, Larry. That's
impressive. Usually yes, such a red state up here. It's a no-brainer that
the "R" is going to take the cake up here. But this is a little bit
different situation now with Obama's message resonating, even with Alaskans.
That being change, a desire for no embracing of the status quo and politics
as usual. But something different, something dynamic and charismatic. That
does resonate well, that message of Obama's. I still do believe of course
McCain will take Alaska because he's right on so many of the issues when it
comes to - in my opinion - he's right on war, he's right on with energy
independence measures that need to be taken. Wrong on ANWR, but we're still
working on that one."

Folks, do read the entire interview because quite telling are Palin's . . .
not completely truthful or honest answers. It cracks me up that she's sooo
interested in the ethics of everyone else when she needs look no further
than herself for a world-class ethics reform project.

LOL -- Mr. Crabtree, I'd say it's the GOP that's terrified with their
made-up stories that even their own party members are embarrassed by.

Why do I have this funny feeling that the clip abruptly ended just before a
major "but" followed by further statements that did nothing to further the
silly point that this snippet is trying to make.

More noise from a terrified left who has nothing positive to say about their

own candidates so they figure they had best try to tear down the opponent.
That they have to resort to childishly attacking the Republican tickets VP
to have anything at all to say is hilarious.
