[Vision2020] Say What?

The INS is not, nor was it ever, involved.  The complaint was filed by 
Philip Berg against Barack Obama and the Federal Election commission (FEC) 
concerning President-elect Obama's (ah, that sounds good) eligibility to 
run for President of the United States.

The Justice Department is representing the FEC.
