The first amendment simply suggests that there WILL NOT be a state-
sponsored religion.

If Doug er . . . uh . . . I mean Arnold wants to imply otherwise, I 
suggest he get a copy of the US Constitution (that piece of paper that so 
many thousands of American citizens fought and died for) and read it 
before it becomes obsolete.
