petitions for writs of certiorari are granted. The judgments are vacated 
and the cases are remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the 
District of Columbia Circuit for further consideration in light of 
Boumediene v. Bush, 553 U. S. ___ (2008).

The US Supreme Court decision to grant appeal rights to GITMO detainees is 
less than a week old and already two judgments have been vacated and their 
respective cases remanded.

The Constitution lives.
