Glenn,

Are you saying that there is no need for a Public Defender in our legal 
system?  Should we assume that anyone arrested for murder or sex crimes 
is automatically guilty?

What do you think the world would be like if any police officer could 
arrest anyone at any time for serious crimes with no need to provide 
evidence?
