Discussing, here on the Viz, what one feels is right or wrong with the 
Moscow City Code as it applies to sidewalk maintenance and/or snow removal 
may be informative and lively with debate,  However, if you truly wish to 
make a difference, I suggest that this topic be presented to the city 
council next Monday (February 4th) during the Public Comment portion.
