[Vision2020] "Moscow Cares" Website and YouTube

Greetings Visionaires -

It has come to my attention that YouTube video players have been 
experiencing problems through most of today.  These problems were a result 
of YouTube's continuous maintenance of various functionalities since the 
merger of YouTube with Google.

I have been advised that these problems have been permanently corrected.

As such, all "Moscow Cares" videos are, and will continue to be, 
accessible and functional from . . .
