I agree that concepts, governments, peoples' minds and attitudes change over
a period of time.  Perhaps Vice President Cheney's concepts concerning Iraq
have changed (although I doubt it).  I am just as certain that the attitudes
of John Kerry and Jane Fonda concerning Vietnam evolved since that photo was
taken of them at a rally, although you and others raised a major stench
about that photo taken almost 40 years earlier.

No, PK.  The quotes will remain, as they reflect the thought
processes/evolution of a sitting vice president.
