  I am not qualified to answer your questions. I said what I had to say.  I think it is wrong, you think it is right.  I won't change your mind and you won't change mine. We disagree and that is ok. The court will sort it out. Until then, it is my opinion that the kids get the short end of the stick. They aren't the ones who vote, who administer funds, spend them, or file lawsuits.

It is a simple matter of 1 or 2. Either the MSD is not in need of these

Tom says that "one drawing card that attracts people to move to a community
is the quality of available education" I know several people that are moving
from Moscow to Genesse for that reason.
