Andreas,
You are obviously unaware of what CEO's and executives of nonprofit organizations are making these days.
This again, is just people with no life and lots of time going on a fishing expedition making accusations from overactive imaginations, then demanding from those they accuse to produce evidence to prove their accusations as false. To me, this constitutes harassment.
Some of these women need to start a book club or some hobby and leave the community at peace.

Look up the term "private inurement." It explains why claiming
501(c)(3) status while writing huge royalty checks to members of your
board of directors is a tremendously bad idea.

claim 501(c)(3) status -- they claim "tax immunity", which is a wholly
