J and others,
First I will send a apology to the viss. I am usually one that supports the
3 posts a day theory. I have not done so lately. For that I am sorry for
those that don't want to hear the BS flowing out of my you know what.
J; I agree that for the most part surveys can be over utilized. Mostly when
they are funded by thousands of dollars by Moscow. I understand that some
can be beneficial. However, some seem to be a deteriant.
Do we really need a survey about parking? I can go downtown anytime and see
that main street is always full. The parking spot behind Old Peking is 40%
full throughtout the day, regardless.
Money can be spent mcuh better than asking a sister city advisor to tell us
that are city needs to upgrade, but not telling us how.
Gotta go but will discuss this topic later.
Matt
