A post office box can be found and someone could watch for mail being picked up. To vote one needs to list a physical address. This bill would allow people to vote without disclosing their address.

This bill is introduced by Tom Trail and Shirley Ringo and will provide a confidential addres where victims can receive mail. Carl will be going to Boise tomorrow to testify. A friend of ours (Carl and me) has been subject to problems because she could not list and address without it being discovered by an unwanted party. This legislation is badly needed. I would like to congratulate everyone involved it geting this bill introduced. It should pass with bipartisan support.
