With respect to Steven J. Sitler, AFAIK, he's still incarcerated. IC
18-8304(2) states:
"The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any such person while the
person is incarcerated in a correctional institution of the department of
correction, a county jail facility or committed to a mental health
institution of the department of health and welfare."

Thus, Sitler is currently exempt from registration requirements because he's
currently in jail. My limited understanding is his registration status or
requirements will change upon his release due to the nature of his crime(s)
. If you don't like the fact that incarcerated offenders are exempt from
registration, it, take it up with our legislature.

And, Jamin C. Wight isn't registered because his crime (felony injury to a
child) isn't one that requires registration as a sex offender.

Clearly, their membership in New Saint Andrews College and/or Christ Church
doesn't disqualify them from inclusion on this list, or does it?
