[Vision2020] House bill 1168

All,

Just wondering if anybody else read todays DL, in regards to Gov. Gregoire 
and her signing into law house bill 1168 Friday. If not, it basically says 
that protesters cannot come within  500 ft of a funeral. This measure was 
takin due to a few religous zealots claiming military personnel are dying 
becuase "god hates homosexuals".

Any ideas or concerns about this?
