These announcements have been, in fact, announced publicly online and in a local newspaper prior to Ms. Nieuwsma's email discussion.
 
That being the case, this discussion and my unsubstantiated dispute are moot.
 
My apologies to anybody that may feel disconcerted due to my public comments/complaints.
