[Vision2020] Nuisance Businesses

Question:  How many police reports and contacts with police does one 
business get to have before it is considered a public nuisance and closed 
down?  Is there even such an option that the City has for a business that 
can not seem to get its act together and get its customers under control?  
It seems like a terrible waste of public funds to have to basically have the 
police spend so much time working with the same business day after day after 
day with apparently no effort at a resolution by the business.
