[Vision2020] Subject change - police/fire/ambulance activity last night

[Pennsylvania Place]

Anyone have any idea what on earth was going on around 9:30 Sunday night? I could hear sirens for nearly 15 minutes straight, seemed to be going north... anyone know what was happening? I thought the world was ending...
