The thing I hate most about politics today is that no matter who wins, YOU still lose.

I am hoping that Joe Lieberman wins his senate seat as an independent, dead locking the Senate and thus the entire government.

The Executive would be Republican (or whatever you call Bush, not sure he is a Republican)

  The Senate would be Independent

  The House would be Democrat

That would be wonderful, the government would be unable to do anything for two years. Making me very happy.

  Best,

Check out Pollster.com for polling for all the races in Congress. The gap is closing between Sali and Grant: One poll has Sali leading Grant by 39-37 with the rest undecided.

The Senate may well go to the Democrats. All they need to do is pick up two of the three seats that are now a toss up.

Senate: GOP leading in 48; Demos in 49 with three a toss up in TN, VA, and Missouri. Based on an average of all the current polls.

A Democratic House Majority is virtually assured:

GOP has 191 leading; Dems have 219 leading; and 25 are too close to call. Based an average of all the polling.

This is what Bush has wrought. The GOP will regret the day they decided that they thought they could win on the Bush name and help an incompetent lead with strong advisors. We now know how incompetent the advisors were as well.

Onward to victory!
