phenomenon, and for an excellent reason. Techno-regions have generated most 
of the new jobs in the past decade and this technology is driving economic 
development."

This is going to disappoint alot of people on this list, those people that 
are convinced beyond debate that growth, increased jobs, and improved 
economy are a direct result of the local citizenry's desire to work at and 
become the Psycho Welcome Guy at a WalMart Super Center.
