might, perhaps, be well acquainted with some of our resident trolls and 
skylarkers.  In fact, I imagine we've heard from you before.

So why not grow up and use your own name?  Really, I promise it's quite OK,

Joe,

I believe you are missing the point. If people are arrested for using 911
for stupid purposes, people will be detered from doing the same.  The fact
that we are discussing this issue is evidence of this. If we don't do this,
Mr. Rumelhart is very right, he could be left dieing somewhere, unable to
get through to 911. Your failure to see this suggests you may do well to
take a freshman phyilsophy or ethics class.
