[Vision2020] How are you best notified?

One suggestion might be:

1)  Bi-weekly updates posted to Vision 2020, from the City Council/Clerk, in
plain text (in addition to a PDF file), concerning what has happened during
the two previous weeks and what is planned over the next two weeks.

2)  Advisory posters placed in/around affected areas 30 days (minimum) prior
to when a project/activity commences in that affected area.

3)  Community advisory bulletin boards maintained in high-profile locations,
such as Rosauers, Safeway, Winco, in/around UI campus, the county jail detox
cell (just jokin'), etc. etc.
