[Vision2020] Rezone Hearing MOVED to new venue

As far as I can determine, the move as reported in the Daily News is 
incorrect. The final word is still not in (ever try finding city 
staff on Saturday?? Council member Ament is trying to track them 
down...) but my understanding is anyone who can't find room in the 
Council Chambers will be sent to Siberia in the 1912 Bldg to hear 
audio? watch it on TV?

I haven't the faintest idea how that is supposed to allow people to 
meaningfully participate when the hearing body is blocks away and 
there is no 2-way communication.
