[Vision2020] Refugees (was Delete)

I would suggest maybe having Mayor Comstock identify a specific city
(comparable in size and population to Moscow, ID) in southern Mississippi or
southern Louisiana for "adoption", collect donations and contributions from
our citizens and send these contributions/donations to that "adopted" city.

I think the only way to handle the refugees from New Orleans etc is if 
the people are spread throughout the US until things can be cleaned up 
& the infrastructure rebuilt. So, how about many towns (such as Moscow) 
inviting 2-5 or so families to come. The town and/or churches could 
provide housing and help with finding jobs, then the kids can go to 
school and have a somewhat normal life until they can return home.
